  For a smooth return or exchange process, customers must make a video of their order during delivery, unboxing, and first use. This video evidence is mandatory to process any return or exchange requests for damaged or incorrect items.

• You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

• You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
