This Shipping and Delivery Policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing products from our website, you agree to be bound by this policy.

At Prime Collectives, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. As we operate a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to you. This means that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different days.

This policy applies to all orders placed through the website: primecollectives.com.

 

2. Processing and Shipping Times

 

All orders are processed and shipped from our suppliers’ warehouses within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please note that these are processing times and do not include the transit time for delivery.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the supplier’s location.

  • Standard Shipping (within India):

    • Within Gujarat: 6-7 business days after dispatch.

    • All Other States: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

In some cases, for certain pincodes, the delivery time provided by the courier company can be up to 15 business days.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will update the tracking details in your order information and, wherever possible, send a notification to your registered email address. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our customer service team.

 

5. Delivery Costs

 

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the specific products in your order. The total delivery charges for your order will be clearly displayed in the order summary before you complete your purchase.

 

6. Failed Delivery

 

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if the customer is absent at the time of delivery and refuses to accept the package, the package will be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued for the returned order.

 

7. Our Carriers

 

We partner with a range of reliable courier services to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Our carriers may include DTDC, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and others, depending on the serviceability of your pincode.

 

8. Upon Receipt of Your Order

 

Upon receipt of your order, you are advised to carefully inspect the package and the goods inside to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for the delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, you must refuse the delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and then contact us on the same day of delivery via our Contact Us page.

For a smooth return or exchange process, customers must make a video of their order during delivery, unboxing, and first use. This video evidence is mandatory to process any return or exchange requests for damaged or incorrect items.

 

9. Shipping Delays and Transit Issues

 

We are committed to getting your orders to you in a timely manner. However, please be aware that shipment may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that your shipment is delayed or remains in transit for longer than expected, please note that it may take up to 45 days for the courier service to resolve the issue and complete the delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company once the package has been dispatched from our supplier’s facility. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period and encourage you to monitor the tracking information provided for updates.

 

10. Bank Holidays

 

We do not dispatch or deliver on bank holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day following a bank holiday.
